Abstract

Download for free Rapporten har to deler. DelI er en kvantitativ sammenliknende analyse av status og utvikling i Oslos eldreomsorg 2001-2010. Forholdene i institusjon, heimebaserte tjenester, omsorgsboliger og samlet årsverksinnsats sammenliknes med situasjonen på landsbasis og jevnføres med Bergen og Trondheim. Analysen viser at hovedleddene i omsorgstjenestenes hovedtrapp for eldre i Oslo har stått stille eller er svekket. Del II er en analyse av funksjonstap og behov for tjenester blant hjemmeboende eldre med omfattende bistandsbehov i Oslo i 2010 samt en analyse og vurdering av de kommunale tjenestene disse blir tilført.
