Abstract

The article is a report on the legal status of Catholic religious instruction in Europe (Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Croatia, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Lithuania, Austria, Slovakia, England and Wales, Belgium, Hungary, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Scotland, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Romania, Iceland, Greece, Ukraine, Norway, Sweden, Bulgaria, Moldova, Denmark, Finland, Belarus). There are elaborations of the aims of teaching in each country and the relationship of the teaching of the Catholic religion at school to parish catechesis.

Artykuł jest raportem statusu prawnego nauczania religii katolickiej w Europie (Portugalia, Polska, Irlandia, Chorwacja, Włochy, Luksemburg, Hiszpania, Francja, Litwa, Austria, Słowacja, Anglia i Walia, Belgia, Węgry, Holandia, Czechy, Łotwa, Bośnia i Hercegowina, Szkocja, Serbia, Czarnogóra, Macedonia, Rumunia, Islandia, Grecja, Ukraina, Norwegia, Szwecja, Bułgaria, Mołdawia, Dania, Finlandia, Białoruś). Są w nim opracowane cele nauczania w poszczególnych krajach oraz związek nauczania religii katolickiej w szkole z katechezą parafialną.
