Impacto de la transformación tecnológica en las instituciones de salud. Salud 4.0.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación analiza el impacto que la tecnología y la denominada Cuarta Revolución Industrial, están teniendo y tendrán en las Instituciones de Salud, en particular en las Instituciones de Asistencia Médica Colectiva (IAMC) en Uruguay. Se concluye que si bien existe un conocimiento del potencial de las transformaciones tecnológicas que están sucediendo, no existen medidas al interior de las mismas para mitigar el impacto. Se plantea una serie de recomendaciones respecto a como impulsar y fomentar los cambios tecnológicos, con una participación activa de todas las partes, de modo de amortiguar los efectos del cambio cultural.
