Metodología para el diseño estructural de puentes peatonales en Guadua Angustifolia Kunth

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado está enfocado a estructurar una metodología para el diseño estructural de puentes peatonales en guadua empleando como material principal la guadua angustifolia Kunth, especie que abunda en Colombia. Conforme a la revisión de las normas colombianas se concluye que no existe una metodología para el diseño de puentes peatonales en guadua, razón por la cual se optó por estudiar las referencias nacionales e internacionales para estructurar esta metodología. Dado lo anterior se realizó el estado del arte de algunos puentes construidos en Colombia y otros países, lo cual nos afirma que no existe una metodología normalizada para el diseño de puentes peatonales en guadua. El desarrollo de la metodología inicia con los estudios preliminares, como lo es: Levantamiento topográfico, localización del puente, pre dimensionamiento arquitectónico, diseño arquitectónico y modelo alámbrico en 3D para continuar con el cálculo estructural; Como resultado del cálculo se definen el número de guaduas el cual se conforma cada uno de los elementos y sus conexiones metálicas. Con este trabajo de grado espero sea un aporte significativo para las futuras construcciones de puentes peatonales en guadua en nuestro país.

This degree project is focused on structuring a methodology for the structural design of pedestrian bridges in guadua using Guadua angustifolia Kunth as a main material, a species that abounds in Colombia. According to the review of Colombian standards, it is concluded that there is no methodology for the design of pedestrian bridges in guadua, which is why it was decided to study national and international references to structure this methodology. Given the above, the state of the art of some bridges built in Colombia and other countries was made, which confirms that there is no standard methodology for the design of pedestrian bridges in Guadua. The development of the methodology begins with preliminary studies, such as: Topographical survey, bridge location, architectural pre-dimensioning, architectural design and wireframe 3D model to continue with the structural calculation; As a result of the calculation, the number of guaduas is defined, which is formed by each of the elements and steel connections. With this degree work I hope it will be a significant contribution for the future construction of pedestrian bridges in Guadua in our country.
