Abstract

Este trabajo de grado pretende diseñar un proyecto de un parque recreativo para el sector arenales del municipio de San Juan de Girón, Santander / Colombia, que permita el sano esparcimiento y la práctica de actividades físicas y culturales, de niños, jóvenes y adultos. Para desarrollar este diseño se propone establecer las actividades más óptimas para la comunidad, integrar los espacios con diversidad de elementos urbanos, que aporten al bienestar de los habitantes y al mejoramiento del medioambiente. Teniendo en cuenta las estrategias bioclimáticas según el clima de la zona, se aplican diferentes métodos para mejorar el clima, y el confort de la zona para los usuarios. Plantear un diseño accesible o incluyente que permita a la apropiación del lugar por parte de todos los sectores de la población. Este proyecto se fundamenta con los conceptos estudiados acerca de la recreación y aprovechamiento del tiempo libre, del cual se entiende que la recreación requiere ser cualquier actividad que se lleve a cabo durante el ocio, ya sea individual o colectiva, que es libre, placentera y se puede dar con solo ser partícipe de la actividad. Para su realización como primera medida se analiza y se reconoce el entorno físico y social de Girón, para que este proyecto genere un cambio e involucre al sector cambiando la percepción del sector arenales.

This degree work pretends to design a recreation park for the San Juan de Girón town, in Santander / Colombia, allowing healthy recreation and sport or cultural practice of children, youth and adults. The development of this design proposes to establish the most optimal activities for the community, integrating spaces with a diversity of urban elements that contribute to the well-being of the inhabitants and to the improvement of the environment. With the study of the climate in Girón, it determines the bioclimatic strategies that could be apply in the project, so it improves microclimate and the environment will get in better conditions. Raise an accessible or inclusive design that allows the appropriation of the place by all sector of the population. This project is based in the concepts of recreation and leisure time gather in the research, that suggest recreation is any activity that take place during leisure, either individually or collectively, it’s free, pleasure and can be done only by participating in the activity. For the realization of this project, as a first step the physical and social environment of Girón is analyzed and recognized, so that this project will generate a positive change and an involvement of the Arenales neighborhood, changing the perception of them.
