Abstract

Siro ipligi egirme sistemi, esasen yün iplikçiligi için gelistirilmistir.Ancak kısa stapelli liflerin egrilmesinde kullanımı her geçen günyaygınlasmaktadır. Sistem, klasik ring iplik makinesi modifiye edilerekkullanılmakta ve ring iplik makinesinde dogrudan çift katlı iplik üretimisaglamaktadır. Siro iplikleri, tek kat ring iplikleriylekarsılastırıldıklarında daha yüksek mukavemete, asınma dayanımına vedaha düsük iplik tüylülügüne sahiptirler. Bunun yanında katlama vebüküm islemlerinin elimine edilebilmesi ile önemli oranda maliyetavantajı saglamaktadır.Bu tezde kısa stapelli egirmede sirospun yöntemininuygulanabilirligi ve farklı üretim parametrelerinin iplik kalitesine etkisiincelenmistir. Bu amaçla üç farklı iplik numarası, büküm katsayısı vefitiller arası mesafe kullanılarak siro iplikleri ve aynı numara ve bükümkatsayılarında normal ring iplikleri üretilmistir. Farklı hammaddelerde,siro egirme sisteminin etkinliginin incelenmesi amacıyla, denemelerdepamuk ve viskon lifleri kullanılarak %100 pamuk ve %100 viskon siro vering iplikleri elde edilmistir. Üretilen ipliklerin bazı fiziksel ölçülmüstür.Bu test sonuçları, SPSS istatistik programı yardımıyla analiz edilipdegerlendirilmistir.Anahtar Sözcükler: Çift katlı iplikler, iplik tüylülügü, kısa stapeliplikçiligi, ring iplikçiligi, ring ipligi, sirospun sistemi, siro ipligi

Sirospun process was firstly developed for long staple yarnspinning. However, spinning short staple fibres by this system is growingup day by day. Sirospun system enables directly weavable spin-twistedyarn production on the ring spinning machine by a little modification onthe machine. When compared with a single yarn with same yarn count,sirospun yarn is better in hairiness, strength and abrasion resistance. Theelimination of the two-folding and other ancillary processes providessignificant cost savings.In this thesis, spinning short staple fibres by sirospun system andeffects of various production parameters on the yarn quality will beinvestigated. For this purpose, sirospun yarns were produced with threedifferent yarn counts, twist coefficient and strand spacing and ring spunyarns were produced with the same yarn count and twist coefficient. Toexamine the productivity of siro-spinning system with different rawmaterials, %100 cotton and %100 viscose sirospun yarns and ring-spunyarns were produced.
