Telecolaboración y desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa intercultural: un proyecto piloto

Abstract

El proyecto piloto de telecolaboración entre estudiantes de nivel terciario de distintos países (Argentina e Italia), distintas disciplinas (historia y lengua) y distintas lenguas primeras (español e italiano) ha tenido como objetivo desarrollar la competencia comunicativa intercultural para contribuir a la educación para la ciudadanía. Siguiendo la propuesta de Michael Byram (2009) se articula su Modelo de Competencia Comunicativa Intercultural con un enfoque integrador de la enseñanza/aprendizaje de historia y lengua, potenciado gracias a la telecolaboración. El elemento articulador es el enfoque experiencial y sociocultural que pone en su centro al estudiante como sujeto agente del proceso de enseñanza/aprendizaje de un saber situado. Estas múltiples integraciones pueden promover la capacidad de descentrarse de las adscripciones identitarias asumidas como naturales para concebir otras perspectivas posibles y poder afrontar con mayor capacidad crítica los desafíos del mundo globalizado. El propósito de este trabajo es identificar en las conversaciones vía Skype entre los estudiantes italianos y argentinos las evidencias del desarrollo de los distintos saberes que componen el Modelo de Competencia Intercultural de Byram.
