Chicos comunes, militantes, mártires : La rememoración de víctimas católicas bahienses del terrorismo de Estado en los homenajes de 2011

Abstract

Este artículo analiza los homenajes a las víctimas católicas del terrorismo de Estado, que tuvieron lugar en Bahía Blanca a lo largo del 2011. El primero, realizado en el barrio Sánchez Elía, tenía por objeto recordar a dos vecinos, entre ellos, un miembro de la Juventud Estudiantil Católica (JEC). El segundo, celebrado en el centro pastoral La Pequeña Obra, en el marco del 50° aniversario del grupo Scout “San Pío X”, buscaba homenajear a cuatro jóvenes de esa comunidad, también integrantes de la JEC o de la Juventud Universitaria Católica (JUC). Ambos actos, que constituían la primera iniciativa pública de rememoración de estos militantes en sus espacios de pertenencia, se concretaron en un contexto histórico particular, marcado por el desarrollo del primer juicio por delitos de lesa humanidad en Bahía Blanca. El trabajo reflexiona en torno a los siguientes interrogantes: ¿qué coyuntura histórica sirvió de marco y a la vez posibilitó la realización de los actos que en otro escenario hubieran resultado impensables?, ¿quiénes fueron los “emprendedores de memoria”?, ¿qué versiones sobre el pasado circularon?, ¿cómo se construyeron esos relatos?, ¿cómo se articularon con los sentidos vigentes acerca del pasado reciente?, ¿qué conflictos de interpretaciones se plasmaron?.
