El trabajo pretende examinar el control judicial en relación con los conflictos electorales. Examina entonces diversas teorías sobre el control judicial, para luego testearlas –en particular, una de ellas, la teoría procedimentalista– frente al caso del fraude electoral.
This paper examines judicial control regarding electoral conflict. It contrasts different theories about judicial control and tests them using electoral fraud as a case study.
