La conflictividad laboral durante el primer año de Macri ¿Quién resiste?

Abstract

La segunda semana de marzo sorprendió con tres movilizaciones masivas en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y otros centros urbanos del país: la del lunes 6 que reunió a decenas de miles de docentes que ese día comenzaban un paro de 48 hs.; la del martes 7 que, convocada por la CGT, resultó superar las expectativas pero, sobre todo, superó la propia política de los organizadores que enfrentaron la exigencia de poner fecha para un paro general que el triunvirato cegetista eludía establecer; y la del miércoles 8 de marzo, inscripta en el Paro Internacional de las Mujeres que movimientos de todo el mundo lanzaron como consigna contra la violencia machista. El denominador común de esas marchas, además de su masividad y del malestar generalizado que expresaron, fue la consigna de paro. Eso se hizo manifiesto en una demanda coreada en las tres marchas: “paro, paro, paro general”. Quién hubiera dicho que una consigna tan “clásica”, tan “de la clase obrera” terminara unificando tres marchas que, en buena medida, se cuidaron de plantearse como sectoriales por sus organizadores. En este artículo vamos a rastrear los antecedentes de este marzo caliente en la historia reciente de conflictividad laboral de la última década y en la experiencia de revitalización sindical.
