L´Intelligence Territoriale en Amérique Latine L'intelligence territoriale telle qu'elle a été formulée et développée par ses créateurs de la ENTI European Network of Territorial Intelligence www.territorial-intelligence.eu depuis la fin des années 1980, est un concept tout à fait récent en Amérique Latine. L´article s´integre des themes suivantes : a) Institutionnalisation, b) Initiative de l'Intelligence Territoriale dans les Pays d'Amérique Latine entre 2007 et 2012, c) Initiative de l'Intelligence Territoriale dans les Pays d'Amérique Latine entre 2012 et 2014, d) Apports méthodologiques, et e) Approche théorique et grandes lignes de la recherche/action.
