Jorge Luis Borges’s texts confront the visions of a world divided by an Eurocentric “East /West” dichotomy. This research promotes new approaches on the relations between Asia and Latin America, through the Connected Histories line. This includes literary production and the development of cyberspace, valid sources for the construction of a history of the globalized world. Technological, political, economic, anthropological, religious and sociological aspects of societies are considered from this interdisciplinary perspective.
