Abstract

Las relaciones que entablan las personas en su trabajo son centrales en el día a día, sobre todo en trabajadores con un empleo del sector de servicios como es el caso del personal no docente de la UNLP. Estas relaciones pueden ser un aspecto positivo de la actividad laboral o pueden constituir un factor de RPST. Podemos concluir que es en las relaciones que los trabajadores tejen con sus superiores jerárquicos donde encontramos resultados más llamativos. Nos parece importante destacar que algunos trabajadores manifiestan recibir órdenes contradictorias y vivir situaciones de tensión con la jerarquía que se traducen en enfermedades laborales, abandono del puesto de trabajo, entre otras situaciones que pueden constituir escenarios de sufrimiento para esos trabajadores. A su vez, los testimonios cualitativos vislumbran como en algunos casos los superiores desestiman el trabajo de los no docentes y cómo las tensiones y conflictos con la jerarquía impactan negativamente en su salud.
