Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un sensore di gas che comprende: - un substrato isolante (2); - un pattern di linee conduttive (3) depositate sul substrato isolante (2) e che definiscono almeno due elettrodi conduttivi (31); - almeno uno strato funzionale (4) depositato sul substrato isolante (2) e su almeno parte di ciascuno dei due elettrodi conduttivi (31), in cui lo strato funzionale (4) comprende un ossido metallico semiconduttore scelto tra ossido di zinco, biossido di titanio e diossido di stagno e loro combinazioni, in cui l’almeno uno strato funzionale (4) è ottenuto tramite stampa a getto di inchiostro di un inchiostro comprendente precursori di detto ossido metallico semiconduttore.
