Konflikty w organizacji

Abstract

The presented thesis analyses the issue of conflicts in organisations as well as the methods to solve them with special emphasis laid on negotiations and mediations. With regard to above the theoretical grounds of the problem were introduced and subsequently the results of own research were presented. Four research hypotheses were put forward: The most frequent causes of conflicts are a lack of understanding between organisation members and their competing with each other. The conflict most likely affects young employees with service up to 10 years. The most significant consequence of a long-lasting conflict in an organisation is the rise in employee turnover. The most popular method to solve conflicts is negotiations. The above mentioned hypotheses were verified against a varied group of subjects – students of first cycle part time studies at WSB-NLU in Nowy Sącz by means of a survey devised by the thesis author.
