Unidades didácticas de acuicultura

Abstract

Se presentan los fundamentos científicos, tecnológicos e industriales en los que se basa la acuicultura para la cria de moluscos bivalvos, peces y crustáceos en criadero. Se abordan temas como las principales especies de cultivos, los sistemas productivos, la alimentación, reproducción, tecnología de cultivo, zonas de cultivo. Estas unidades didácticas se distribuyeron en soporte digital a 7.000 colegios de toda España, con el objetivo de contribuir al conocimiento de la acuicultura y sus procesos.
