Evaluación del liderazgo directivo

Abstract

La mayoría de los autores y de las investigaciones ponen de manifiesto el papel positivo que tiene el liderazgo directivo en las escuelas de calidad. En este artículo se analizan algunos modelos de cuestionarios para evaluar el liderazgo de los directivos escolares y los correspondientes instrumentos de evaluación: liderazgo de las escuelas eficaces -material de San Diego County-, liderazgo transformacional -cuestionario de Bass-, liderazgo instructivo -aportación de Lorenzo- y los modelos de calidad EFQM e ISO 9000:2000, entre otros.
