Una experiencia de Aprendizaje-Servicio en Comunidades de Aprendizaje

Abstract

Se describe la experiencia de Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) vivida, durante el curso 2013-2014, por 100 estudiantes de la Universidad de Sevilla y 104 profesionales de centros educativos. Se pretende valorar el grado de satisfacción de los participantes y conocer su percepción como futuros docentes. Se diseña una investigación exploratoria y no experimental para conocer las opiniones de los estudiantes y se usa el método de codificación abierta de la teoría fundamentada a través del análisis de los diarios para conocer las opiniones de los profesionales. Se observa que la experiencia de ApS permite un mejor desarrollo en distintos ámbitos: el académico (afianza los conceptos teóricos), el personal (mejorar sus habilidades sociales y comunicativas), el profesional (se adquieren cualidades y competencias para el ejercicio profesional) y el social (se toma conciencia de las desigualdades).
