Lectura de producciones audiovisuales del arte contemporáneo en la educación artística

Abstract

Este artículo se centra en la lectura de producciones audiovisuales del arte contemporáneo como un proceso de creación, tratando de analizar los efectos de sentido que producen las articulaciones entre los sistemas visual y sonoro y los significados que construyen los niños. Describe un videoarte, identificando los lenguajes que lo componen y las relaciones que los vinculan. Ese ejercicio de lectura tuvo como corpus de análisis el videoarte Chair, de Masaru Ozaki, y contó con los aportes teóricos y metodológicos de la semiótica discursiva, en especial, los estudios sobre los procedimientos de montaje que articulan los lenguajes visual y auditivo. Presenta, también, un estudio focal con las significaciones que un grupo de niños atribuyó al videoarte. Las conclusiones señalan la importancia de inclusión de la lectura de producciones audiovisuales del arte contemporáneo en la escuela a través de la problematización de los efectos de sentido producidos por las interrelaciones entre los distintos lenguajes. Y sugieren algunos subsidios que permitirán a los maestros y profesores de distintas áreas del conocimiento, reflexionar sobre la visualidad en su práctica pedagógica, sobre la elección de los materiales audiovisuales que llevan a la clase y sobre otros modos de ver estos textos editados
