Abstract

This toolkit brings practical guidelines for those who are trying to establish a change towards a fairer working environment in Czech public research institutions and universities, with a special regard to gender equality. Toolkit ´How to make a change´ offers practical tools, tips, guidelines and examples of good practice in gender equality initiatives and design and implementation of gender equality plans.
