Abstract

The paper deals with the issue of the reservation of the priority ranking of limited rights in rem registered in the land register. Attention is paid to all the main practical problems that arise in connection with this institute. The article is comparative in nature when it points to approaches in nearby legal systems - German, Austrian and Polish. The text maps the selected topic in the most detailed way in the home environment so far.
