DIFERENCIAS EN LA BIOMECÁNICA Y FRECUENCIA DE LESIONES EN LA CARRERA ENTRE EL CALZADO CONVENCIONAL, EL MINIMALISTA Y DESCALZO: REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA.

Abstract

Material y métodos: Con las estrategias “minimalist” AND “running”, “barefoot” AND “running”, “Conventional footwear” AND “running”, (“minimalist” AND “running”) AND (“barefoot” AND “running”) AND (“conventional footwear” AND “running”) y (“minimalist” AND “running”) AND (“barefoot” AND “running”) AND (“conventional footwear” AND “running”) AND “injuries” se realizó una búsqueda en diferentes artículos en las bases de datos (PubMed, Scopus y Web of Science) seleccionando un total de 16 artículos.
