Fraude fiscal en España

Abstract

Este trabajo aborda el análisis del fraude fiscal, la evasión de impuestos y la economía sumergida, examinando su impacto en la economía y la sociedad. El fraude fiscal y la evasión de impuestos afectan significativamente la economía y la sociedad. El fraude fiscal consiste en evitar el pago de impuestos, lo que perjudica la recaudación estatal y, por ende, la capacidad del estado para ofrecer servicios públicos esenciales. La economía sumergida, que incluye todas las transacciones no declaradas, contribuye a la reducción de ingresos públicos y crea una competencia desleal entre empresas. Esto conduce a políticas económicas ineficaces y deteriora las condiciones laborales. En españa, el fraude fiscal es un problema significativo, afectando tanto a grandes empresas como a pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes) y autónomos. La existencia de paraísos fiscales y la corrupción exacerban esta problemática. Factores como las políticas fiscales, la conciencia cívica y la presión fiscal influyen en la decisión de evadir impuesto. Este es un pequeño resumen del trabajo.
