Los hábitos saludables en la etapa infantil

Abstract

This Final Degree Project has been developed to promote healthy lifestyle habits in children. This is due to the high percentage of health-related illnesses. The first part deals with the theoretical foundation of health and its concepts, taking into account the information and opinions of several authors. The proposal will deal with three important points: ''balanced nutrition, physical exercise and personal hygiene''. Related to these last three, body and oral hygiene, postural habits and rest will also be discussed. The second part deals with the development of a Didactic Unit entitled ''Our healthy life'' which brings pupils closer to health and to putting healthy life habits into practice in order to improve their lives, in this case for children in the third cycle of Infant Education. An active methodology will be used in which the pupils will be the center of learning.
