Abstract

El objetivo de este Trabajo Fin de Grado es destacar cómo un equipo de trabajo bien gestionado y motivado puede ayudar a la empresa no sólo a cumplir sus expectativas si no a mejorarlas. Se analizará en primer lugar a qué nos referimos cuando hablamos de ventaja competitiva, qué es la gestión y los roles de la gestión de los recursos humanos, así como qué criterios hay que tener en cuenta en una evaluación estratégica de recursos y capacidades. En segundo lugar, se estudiará qué es la dirección del comportamiento humano en las organizaciones, el valor de la motivación y diversas teorías motivacionales que se han ido desarrollando a lo largo de los años. Y, por último, se ha comprobado toda esta información con la empresa Coca-Cola, se puede observar de qué manera la empresa motiva a sus trabajadores y cómo éstos ayudan a contribuir en la ventaja competitiva de la empresa. The objective of this research is to highlight how a well-managed and motivated work team can help the company not only meet its expectations, but also improve them. We will first analyze what we mean when we speak of competitive advantage, what is management and the roles of human resource management, as well as what criteria must be taken into account in a strategic evaluation of resources and capabilities. Second, we will study what is the direction of human behavior in organizations, the value of motivation and various motivational theories that have gone down the years. And finally, all this information has been verified with the Coca-Cola company, it can be seen how the company motivates its workers and how to help contribute to the company's competitive advantage.
