Abstract

La idea de negocio identificada en el presente documento pretende demostrar la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa dedicada a la fabricación y comercialización de hamburguesas precocidas a base de vegetales, dirigida a los estratos 3 y 4 de la ciudad de Bogotá, en un proceso inicial de distribución en la localidad de Chapinero

The business idea identified in this document is intended to demonstrate the viability of the creation of a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of pre-cooked and refrigerated vegetables-based hamburgers, aimed at strata 3 and 4 in Bogotá city, in an initial distribution process in Chapinero.
