Abstract

Desde inicios de la década de 2000, Colombia se ha convertido en un destino atractivo para las actividades de fusiones y adquisiciones provenientes de países de la Ocde, gracias a la implementación de reglas claras de gobierno corporativo. Sin embargo, a la nación le toca trabajar en unos estándares con baja calificación para crecer en inversión extranjera directa.
