El objetivo de este ensayo es profundizar sobre la importancia de la logística en el comercio internacional y en las diferentes operaciones de una empresa. En este sentido es necesario que como organización se plantee un correcto procedimiento logístico y se realicen los esfuerzos e inversiones necesarias. En caso contrario es muy factible incurrir en fallas que impacten negativamente en la gestión de la empresa. Esto no solamente impacta en los costos sino también en los tiempos de gestión de todos los procesos. Por lo tanto, la tesis que se argumenta a lo largo del ensayo se direcciona hacia cómo una empresa puede considerar la logística como ventaja competitiva y además facilitar los procesos de internacionalización y superar las barreras que existen, específicamente en el sector automotriz. The objective of this essay is to deepen the importance of logistics in international trade and in the different operations of a company. In this sense, it is necessary that as an organization a correct logistical procedure be considered, and the necessary efforts and investments be made. Otherwise, it is very feasible to incur failures that negatively impact the management of the company. This not only impacts costs but also the management times of all processes. Therefore, the thesis that is argued throughout the essay is directed towards how a company can consider logistics as a competitive advantage and facilitate internationalization processes and overcome the barriers that exist, specifically in the automotive sector.
