Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende mostrar de manera sucinta cómo la tecnología puede convertirse en un factor fundamental de transformación cultural en cualquier empresa a fin de lograr mejores resultados. En este contexto se tiene en cuenta inicialmente el momento en el que se encuentra una organización y cómo es su operación tradicional, para luego pasar a hacer una evaluación contextual de la forma como puede llegar a implementarse un desarrollo tecnológico que involucre los procesos, procedimientos y actividades, de tal manera que puedan llegar a automatizarse y mejorar la gestión empresarial. Aunado a lo anterior, es imprescindible, para poder generar un buen resultado dentro del cambio organizacional, llevar a cabo una gestión del cambio a nivel interno en todos los colaboradores de la organización, todo acompañado de una gestión de liderazgo gerencial que encamine a toda la empresa hacia un mismo objetivo común. Se muestra al final que teniendo en cuenta todos los conceptos anteriormente mencionados, puede llegar a generarse una gestión del cambio a nivel cultural, que es efectiva tomando como referencia los modelos de desarrollo tecnológico implementados en una empresa. This paper aims to show succinctly how technology can become a fundamental factor of cultural transformation in any company in order to achieve better results. In this context, the moment in which an organization is located and what its traditional operation is like is initially taken into account, to then go on to make a contextual evaluation of the way in which a technological development that involves processes, procedures and procedures and activities can be implemented, in such a way that they can become automated and improve business management. In addition to the above, it is essential, in order to generate a good result within the organizational change, to carry out a change management internally in all the employees of the organization, all accompanied by a management leadership management that directs the entire company towards the same common goal. It is shown at the end that taking into account all the aforementioned concepts, a management of change can be generated at a cultural level, which is effective taking as a reference the technological development models implemented in a company.
