Abstract

El presente trabajo identifica y analiza los grupos de interesados en la comercialización de peces ornamentales a nivel nacional, iniciativa desarrollada considerando las ventajas de Colombia dadas por la gran diversidad de especies existentes, la alta demanda de los mismos y su importante valor comercial. La metodología para la realización del mismo se basó en los estándares del PMI – Guía PMBOK sexta edición. Se identificaron los interesados y posteriormente se valoró cuantitativamente su poder e interés en el proyecto. Posteriormente se realizó un plan de involucramiento de los mismos identificando las estrategias y acciones necesarias para promover su participación en las decisiones y ejecución del proyecto. Se realizó un diagnóstico del proceso de comercialización de peces ornamentales que incluyó la elaboración de matrices DOFA para cada grupo de actores. La pretensión de este documento es servir como una herramienta base para la generación de documentos para la reglamentación e implementación de estrategias de fomento y fortalecimiento de las actividades de que hacen parte del proceso de extracción, producción y comercialización de los peces ornamentales en Colombia. This Article identifies and analyzes the groups of stakeholders involved in the commercialization of ornamental fish at the national level, an initiative developed considering the advantages of Colombia given the great diversity of existing species, the high demand for them and their important commercial value. The methodology for the realization of the same one was based on the PMI standards - PMBOK Guide sixth edition. The interested parties were identified and subsequently their power and interest in the project was quantitatively assessed. Subsequently, an involvement plan was drawn up identifying the strategies and actions necessary to promote their participation in the decisions and execution of the project. A diagnosis was made of the process of commercialization of ornamental fish that included the elaboration of SWOT matrices for each group of actors. The aim of this Article is to serve as a basic tool for the generation of documents for the regulation and implementation of strategies to promote and strengthen the activities that are part of the process of extraction, production and commercialization of ornamental fish in Colombia.
