Abstract

One of the most important issues of the administrative career is the entry to it and most important what the strategy and motivation should be so that any colombian citizen can carry out the activities established by law, achieve first place in a list of eligibles, to be appointed in probationary period and to demonstrate their professional and personal capacities in the labor practice within the public administration in any entity of the State. Uno de los temas más relevante de la carrera administrativa es el ingreso a la misma y lo más importante cual debe ser la estrategia y motivación para que cualquier ciudadano colombiano pueda realizar las actividades establecidas por la ley, lograr el ocupar el primer puesto en una lista de elegibles, ser nombrado en período de prueba y demostrar sus capacidades profesionales y personales en la práctica laboral al interior de la administración pública en cualquier entidad del Estado.
