Abstract

The case study was first used as a methodology within the Group of Nursing as a strategy for improving processes related to nursing care, replacing the method of reading manuals or protocols. Nursing Group had been using the methodology of reading manuals happened when an event (incident or adverse event); nurses involved had a responsibility to read the protocols in order to enhance knowledge and strengthen adherence to these , was evident in cases like the drop in patients, output devices, failures in the administration of medicines among others, did not I see that the indicator will follow soon improve, for that reason I wont use the case study to parties involved in the process of improving the care and inpatient care.
