Abstract

Esta experiencia plástica, la abordaron mis alumnos del Grado de Primero de Primaria, de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación en Málaga durante el curso 2019/20. Para su elaboración y, teniendo presente la imagen de un arbusto que todos en Málaga conocen porque se da con facilidad en esta zona tan cálida, seleccionamos el Pacífico (Hibiscus) como elemento de inspiración. Está formado por múltiples hojas verdes brillantes perennes, sus flores son de colores intensos. Teniendo presente tanto las características de color, forma y textura de nuestro arbusto seleccionado, decidimos abordar un pequeño proyecto de construcción de nuestro propio matorral. Cada alumno realizó una obra plástica desde el conocimiento de su propia identidad y la incorporó a la forma de la hoja del Pacífico (Hibiscus). Por ello este ejercicio, además de suponer un acercamiento a técnicas plásticas como el gouache, ha implicado un paso en el conocimiento de uno mismo. Como nos dice García, C (2016) en su artículo, La identidad personal y el conocimiento de uno mismo: “profundizar en la identidad personal abre la puerta al desarrollo de la persona, y facilita la revisión del comportamiento ante futuras situaciones”. Todos los alumnos, compartieron sus pensamientos, aquello que les era significativo y aquello que no lo era. Transformaron sus ideas en la hoja de un fuerte arbusto, un gran Pacífico (Hibicus) colectivo, preparado para sobrevivir en condiciones difíciles. Usaron el gouache, con sus colores brillantes que se diluyen fácilmente con el agua y realizando múltiples mezclas, para construir cada una de sus hojas dentadas.
