Abstract

Objetivo: Conocer la repercusión que tiene el eWOM en el sector turístico. Analizar cómo afectan los comentarios de usuarios de Booking a la reputación online de la marca Paradores en Castilla y León. Metodología: Se hace uso de fuentes secundarias para el desarrollo del marco teórico de la investigación y fuentes primarias para el análisis del sentimiento y valoración de la reputación online de la marca. Se utiliza la herramienta SEMRush en la selección de fuentes primarias. Posteriormente se selecciona una muestra representativa de comentarios y se analiza dicha información cualitativa. Resultados: El sentimiento hacia la marca Paradores en Castilla y León por lo general es positivo, sin embargo, destacan un conjunto de atributos del servicio cuya calidad debe ser mejorada, como el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y un mejor acondicionamiento de las habitaciones. Aplicaciones empresariales: La marca Paradores debe aprovechar las ventajas que ofrece la Red para conocer las opiniones de los clientes y poder así dar solución de forma más rápida a problemas que puedan surgir, mejorar su notoriedad de marca y su posicionamiento respecto a marcas competidoras
