[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Grado nos planteamos como objetivo principal profundizar en el conocimiento de algunos problemas, que cuando se producen en el entorno laboral, son negativos tanto para la organización como para los trabajadores que la integran, e incluso pueden traspasar los límites físicos del trabajo y pueden permear otros lugares como la familia, las relaciones sociales o la imagen de la organización. Por ello también aportamos soluciones factibles para tratarlos. De esta manera planteamos el estrés, sus tipos y causas, los conflictos en las organizaciones y su gestión, así como la negociación y la comunicación asertiva como formas de prevenir los conflictos y por ende el estrés que pueden generar. Hemos analizado una serie de casos concretos donde se producen conflictos, estrés y acoso laboral como el más potente estresor en lugar de trabajo. Del estudio teórico de esos conceptos y del análisis de estos casos podemos concluir que es necesario tener un conocimiento profundo a nivel teórico de estos tópicos, para reconocerlos cuando se produzcan en nuestro lugar de trabajo y poder abordarlos de forma eficiente, con el menor coste psicológico, social y económico.
[EN] In this Final Degree Project, our main objective is to deepen our knowledge of some problems that, when they occur in the work environment, are negative both for the organization and for the workers that make it up, and can even cross the physical limits of the environment. work and can permeate other places such as the family, social relationships or the image of the organization. For this reason, we also provide feasible solutions to treat them. In this way we discuss stress, its types and causes, conflicts in organizations and their management, as well as negotiation and assertive communication as ways to prevent conflicts and therefore the stress they can generate. We have analyzed a series of specific cases where conflicts, stress and workplace bullying occur as the most powerful stressor in the workplace. From the theoretical study of these concepts and the analysis of these cases, we can conclude that it is necessary to have a deep theoretical knowledge of these topics, to recognize them when they occur in our workplace and to be able to address them efficiently, with the least psychological cost, social and economic.
