El presente trabajo tiene un doble objetivo, por un lado comentar las innovaciones en métodos y recursos didácticos introducidos por los profesores de la asignatura Finanzas Corporativas en su quehacer docente en la Universidad y, por otro, conocer la percepción que sobre estas innovaciones tienen los estudiantes, para lo cual se ha realizado una encuesta. Los resultados de la encuesta ponen de manifiesto que en general estas innovaciones son valoradas positivamente por los estudiantes.
The present paper is twofold, firstly discuss the innovations in teaching methods and resources introduced by the teachers of the subject Corporate Finance in his teaching work at the University and, secondly, to know the perception on these innovations have students, for which it has conducted a survey. The survey results show that in general these innovations are positively valued by students.
