El procedimiento civil romano tuvo una distinta regulación jurídica en sus diversas etapas históricas. Este trabajo tiene por finalidad analizar cada una de ellas para que el estudiante de Derecho romano pueda asimilar su origen y las razones que motivaron su progresiva evolución. Iniciaremos este estudio con los procesos que forman el ordo iudiciorum privatorum (procedimiento de las legis actionis y procedimiento per formulam) para terminar con el procedimiento extraordinario o cognitio extra ordinem.
The Roman civil procedure had a different legal regulation in its different historical stages. This study aims to analyze each one of them so that the Roman Law student can assimilate their origin and the reasons that motivated his progressive evolution. We begin this study with the processes that are part of the ordo iudiciorum privatorum (the legis actionis procedure ant the per formulam procedure) to end the extraordinary procedure or cognitio extra ordinem.
