Fluidos magneto-reológicos termosensibles

Abstract

La presente invención consiste en un nuevo tipo de fluidos magneto-reológicos que comprenden medios portadores termosensibles cuya viscosidad se puede controlar externamente mediante cambios en la temperatura, evitando la sedimentación de las partículas magnéticas en ausencia de campo magnético, y al mismo tiempo permitiendo a las partículas agregarse en presencia del campo, lo cual conlleva un fuerte efecto magneto-reológico. Se presentan fluidos cuya viscosidad o módulo elástico se incrementa al calentarlos, y fluidos en cuya viscosidad o módulo elástico se incrementa al enfriarlos.
