Abstract

Enfatiza el autor que a la función social de formar e informar de los comunicadores se debe anteponer la denuncia de las injusticias sociales. Remarca que la auténtica soberanía de los Estados pasa por la economía. Considera que la formación de los comunicadores sociales es fundamental para el desarrollo de la sociedad.
