O Impacto da Qualidade do Sono no Desempenho Escolar e na Aptidão Física de Alunos do Ensino Secundário

Abstract

O presente documento foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular do Estágio Pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de Estudos de Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, na Universidade da Beira Interior. Este percurso foi realizado na Escola Secundária Nuno Álvares, pertencente ao Agrupamento de Escolas Nuno Álvares, em Castelo Branco. O Relatório de Estágio contempla duas partes, a primeira conta com a descrição detalhada e análise de todo o ano letivo, desde o planeamento, à lecionação, auxílio no Desporto Escolar e Direção de Turma. A segunda parte, refere-se ao Projeto de Investigação, onde foi alvo de estudo o impacto da qualidade do sono no desempenho escolar e aptidão física de alunos do Ensino Secundário.

This document was prepared within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship Curricular Unit, included in the 2nd Cycle of Master's Studies in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, at the University of Beira Interior. This route was carried out at Nuno Álvares Secondary School, belonging to the Nuno Álvares School Group, in Castelo Branco. The Internship Report comprises two parts, the first contains a detailed description and analysis of the entire school year, from planning to teaching, assistance with School Sports and Class Management. The second part refers to the Research Project, where the impact of sleep quality on the academic performance and physical fitness of high school students was studied.
