Abstract

Perante as oscilações que o mercado vive actualmente, é necessário que as empresas estejam preparadas e que se adaptem, desenvolvendo soluções competitivas que lhes permitam responder eficaz e eficientemente a necessidades específicas que vão surgindo. É neste contexto de mudança, que os Recursos Humanos assumem extrema relevância no seu comportamento face ao mercado, sendo da sua responsabilidade fazer uma boa gestão dos seus recursos e posteriormente utilizá-los de forma produtiva e competitiva. Uma das grandes contribuições para essa boa gestão, são os projectos de Recrutamento e Selecção que desde bem adaptados às verdadeiras necessidades da empresa, conseguem gerar fortes resultados para organização. Tornou-se necessário desenvolver soluções e por isso é fundamental recrutar pessoas com o perfil correcto para desempenhar determinadas funções. Recrutar e seleccionar pessoas nos dias de hoje, passou a ser um desafio.

The economy and the market are constantly changing and the companies need to develop competitive solutions, in order to be able to answer effective and efficiently to specific emerging needs. Is in this changing context, that Human Resources are very important, being part of its responsibility, managing their resources and use them in a productive and competitive way. Nowadays, one of the biggest contributions for that, are the Recruitment Projects, which being correctly applied according to what company needs, can increase results for the company. Developing solutions become more and more important, and it is extremely necessary recruiting people with the right skills to develop some specific tasks. Recruitment became a challenge.
