Abstract

A evolução das comunidades online e das redes sociais tem vindo a conferir cada vez mais poder ao consumidor. Os blogues têm vindo a assumir um protagonismo crescente no consumo. Este trabalho aborda o consumo de moda em blogues de moda, ou seja, o estudo dos blogues de moda como influenciadores do processo de consumo de moda. A propagação da moda em blogues tem vindo a estimular o estudo deste tema no sentido em que são os consumidores os que decidem diretamente que produto e/ou serviço se tornará moda. Entender as motivações que leva o seguidor a seguir um blogue de moda, aferir se a referência a marcas ou produtos em blogues de moda influencia a opinião e a intenção de compra do consumidor, e identificar alguns dos principais fatores influenciadores da intenção de compra são os objetivos específicos deste trabalho. Posto isto, na presente dissertação procura perceber-se a influência que os blogues têm na opinião dos consumidores relativamente a marcas e produtos e os fatores que determinam essa influência.

ABSTRACT: The evolution of online communities and social networks has been giving more and more power to the consumer. The blogs have been assuming a growing role in consumption. This paper discusses the use of fashion blogs fashion, ie, the study of fashion blogs as influencers of fashion consumption process. The spread of fashion blogs has been stimulating the study of this subject in the sense that consumers are the ones who decide directly that product and / or service will become fashionable. Understand the motivations that leads the follower to follow a fashion blog, assess whether the reference to brands or products on blogs fashion influences opinion and purchase intent of consumers, and to identify some of the main factors that influence purchase intent are specific objectives of this work. That said, in this dissertation attempts to understand the influence that blogs are the opinion of consumers regarding the brands and products and the factors that determine this influence.
