Abstract

A importância da avaliação da actividade antimicrobiana foi o objectivo principal deste estudo. A avaliação da actividade antimicrobiana da planta Genista tenera revelou-se contra Listeria monocytogenes para os extractos de éter dietílico e acetato de etilo, e de éter dietílico em relação a Fusarium culmorum. O óleo de eucalipto mostrou actividade antibacteriana para Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus e Escherichia coli; a actividade antifúngica foi conseguida para Botytris cinerea e Fusarium culmorum. Os compostos NX2 e NX18 demonstram actividade antibacteriana contra Bacillus cereus e B. subtilis. O composto NX2 foi eficaz contra Aspergillus brasiliensis e Fusarium solani e o composto NX18 foi eficaz contra F. culmorum. Verificou-se que a concentração mínima inibitória para NX2 e NX18 é de 4,7 μg/mL e 9,4 μg/mL, respectivamente, contra Bacillus cereus. Para NX2, NX13 e NX18 a concentração mínima inibitória foi, respectivamente, de 37,5 μg/mL, 150 μg/mL e 4,7 μg/mL contra Enterococcus faecalis.
