Abstract

O presente documento representa uma parte do resultado de uma investigação levada a cabo nos E.U.A, com o intuito de abordar alguns dos melhores especialistas mundiais na área da Qualidade. O estudo concentrou-se essencialmente nos factores críticos da implementação de um Programa de Qualidade Total. O tema é aqui abordado no sentido de explicar todo este processo, bem como, fazer uma análise da situação nos últimos anos. A Qualidade em Portugal e qual o seu futuro na Comunidade Europeia e no Mundo são também assuntos em destaque. O propósito principal do documento é pois o de ilustrar uma evidência das organizações nos dias de hoje e o seu papel fundamental na gestão dos recursos humanos.

This document represents a part of the result of a research developed in the U.S.A., with the purpose to approach some of the world reknown Quality experts. This particular study focused mainly on the implementation of a high Quality Program. The subject is approached in a way to better explain the whole process as well as making an analysis of the situation in the past years. Quality in Portugal and its future in the European Community and the World are also in focus. Therefore the main purpose of this document, is to illustrate what is happening in a11 of today's organizations and its role in the management of human resources.
