Abstract

Con el proyecto objeto de la presente propuesta se pretende mejorar el desempeño de los sistemas utilizados actualmente para la fabricación de prótesis activas mediante impresión 3D. Este trabajo se encuadra en la linea de cooperación en Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) iniciada con la Fundación Rafa Puede en el entorno de dispositivos de tecnología asistiva para la atención a la diversidad funcional. Los actuadores utilizados en los dispositivos protésicos impresos en 3D presentan serias limitaciones en relación con el par máximo que limitan su rendimiento en escenarios reales de la vida cotidiana. Por ello se pretende estudiar la viabilidad de sustituir los servos tradicionalmente utilizados en estos sistemas por actuadores lineales de reducido tamaña basados en motores de paso.
