[EN]The invention relates to the tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA) which is a serine protease that is overexpressed in various different types of tumours, including cancer of the pancreas, melanomas and neuroblastomas. More specifically, the invention relates to t-PA activity and expression inhibitors that have been developed as antitumour agents.
