Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Criminologia i Seguretat. Codi: CS1044. Violence against women is a very broad concept that includes all acts of violence, whether physical, sexual or psychological, which is based on female-sex membership. This work is focused on a part of violence against women: sexual violence, which in turn focuses on rape, aggression and sexual abuse. It could be considered that this kind of violence that still exists today is given, in part, by the existence of prejudices or false beliefs about violations, which serve to justify rape and blame to victim instead of the aggressor. It could also be a contributing factor to sexual violence, the sexist attitudes sexual that, although we often do not get the cost that there are, it’s true that there are sexual behaviors that are valued differently depending on how a man or a woman performs, which is known as sexual double standard. So, in this work is intended to deepen on these false beliefs and sexual attitudes sexists and corroborate or not, through a survey, if these happen among young people and to what extent, in addition to knowing how young people act in their intimate and sexual relationships or encounters.
