¿Qué factores influyen en un buen clima laboral?

Abstract

Treball Final de Grau en Psicologia. Codi: PS1048. Curs: 2017/2018 In the following work I try to tag and define the factors that influence directly on a good job’s atmosphere, because it has a huge importance in all organizations. Nowadays, job is a place where people spend a lot of time, like eight or more hours per day. For this reason, is important to find out what type of environment exists inside an organization. To get the target and the objectives followed by the business, and the worker’s satisfaction, will highly depend on the job’s atmosphere. Each organization values some factors more than others, even so, the list provided in the following section contains, generally, the most influential factors on the job’s atmosphere.
