Abstract

Aproximadamente 60 000 sirios están atrapados en una zona desolada en la frontera entre Siria y Jordania llamada “la berma”. Cuando se prioriza cuestiones de seguridad frente a necesidades humanitarias y los organismos de ayuda recurren a grupos milicianos para entregar la ayuda, las consecuencias pueden ser lamentables.
