Abstract

Bu arastirma Turkiye ve Yunanistan’in Midilli Adasi’nda yayilis gosteren bazi otucu kuslardaki (Passeriformes) bit turlerini belirlemek amaciyla 2005–2009 yillari arasinda yapilmistir. Turkiye’deki yedi farkli yoreden ve Midilli Adasi’ndan yakalanan 204 otucu kus ornegi bit yonunden incelenmistir. Incelenen 12 aile, 29 ture ait 204 kus orneginin besi (%2.45) bitlerle enfeste bulunmus ve dort bit turu; Brueelia jacobi (Eichler, 1951); Philopterus sittae Fedorenko, 1978; Philopterus vernus (Zlotorzycka, 1964) ve Philopterus spp. tespit edilmistir. Bunlardan Philopterus vernus Midilli Adasi’ndan, diger turlerin tamami ise bu makaleyle Turkiye’den ilk kez bildirilmektedir.
